Caffeine drinks, should be limited to 3 to 6 cups (8oz)  for those who are over-weight and suspect or know they have low blood sugar. Caffeine has been known to inhibit weight loss for some. It is different for each person.

Taco Salads- w/o beans and treat the shell like a bowl and don't eat it. Add Sourcream.
