What's the Deal?
Caffeine drinks, should be limited to 3 to 6 cups (8oz) for those who are over-weight and suspect or know they have low blood sugar. Caffeine has been known to inhibit weight loss for some. It is different for each person.
Bad Breath...what does that mean?
Bad Breath is a sign that tells you that you either need to brush more often or that you are in Ketosis. Ketosis is the state where your body starts burning stored fat for your everyday energy instead of carbs. Ketosis is the state that most Low-Carbers want to be in. General Info & Tips
If it has 4 grams or less of carbs per serving you can have it.
Artificial Sweeteners my trigger cravings in some people. All you can do is try and see.
Most home scales will not register anything less than a 1 pound loss. So you may find that your weight doesn't drop for several days and then drops 3 pounds.
Low-carb
diets suggest that you drink 8 cups of liquid per day. Water is best!
